Hotel distance to the mosque and what it means in practice

When an Umrah quote says a hotel is close to the Haram, ask how close. The word means different things in different quotes.

Ask for the walking distance in minutes and in metres, and ask which gate it is nearest to. A short distance on a map can still mean a long walk if the route goes around a block or up a slope. Ask whether the path is shaded and whether there are steps.

Think about who is travelling. A healthy adult may be happy with a fifteen minute walk. An older parent or a child may find it hard, especially in heat.

Ask about the lifts and the waiting time at prayer hours, because a tall hotel can be slow at busy times.

Compare two or three options on the same terms. Pakistan Travel Diaries is a Lahore tour company that also arranges Umrah packages, and its Umrah page shows how one agency describes a package.

🐛 Sample post: a bug fix

This sample post shows how a bug fix entry looks. The "Fix" category is for resolved bugs, regressions, and crashes — short, clear descriptions of what was broken and what now works. Like the other two sample posts, this one is already published so your public changelog isn't empty — edit or delete it whenever you'd like.

✨ Sample post: small improvements

Here's another sample post, this time tagged as an Improvement. Use this category for tweaks, polish, performance wins, and UX upgrades — anything that makes the existing product better without being a brand-new feature. Edit or delete this post whenever you're ready.

👋 Welcome! This is a sample post

This is a sample post we created so your changelog widget has something to show right away. We've already published it so your public changelog has content from day one. Feel free to edit it or delete it whenever you're ready. Posts in the "New Feature" category are great for announcing the big stuff you're shipping.
