Control who can export personally identifiable information (PII)
A new Export PII permission is now available in the roles and permissions settings, giving you granular control over who can export sensitive attendee data. This ensures that personally identifiable information โ such as names, emails, and other personal details โ can only be exported by authorized team members. ๐
This permission applies across all major export areas, so your data governance policies are consistently enforced:
- Attendee list exports
- Attendee field exports
- Registration reports
- Activity checkpoint exports
- Attendee event trace exports
- Attendee workshop exports
- Meeting exports
Existing roles that already have export rights have been automatically granted this new permission, so there's no disruption to your current workflows. You can revoke or adjust access at any time from the permissions settings.

More reliable workshop display in the Program module
We've resolved issues affecting how workshops are displayed and filtered within the Program module, including on the Virtual Stage.
- Fixed an issue where inactive registered attendee types could cause incorrect workshop query results, ensuring the correct sessions are shown to participants.
- Resolved a highlighting condition that could cause certain workshops to appear incorrectly emphasized in the program view.
These fixes ensure that your event program accurately reflects the correct sessions and their statuses for all attendees. ๐ฏ
Smoother registration experience with improved form dropdowns
Dropdown fields in registration forms now support inline search. Attendees can start typing to quickly filter and find the value they need instead of scrolling through long lists.
This is especially useful for fields with many options โ like countries, companies, or job titles โ where finding the right value used to mean scrolling through dozens (or hundreds) of entries. Now it's just a few keystrokes.
Why it matters: Faster form completion means fewer abandoned registrations and a smoother experience for your attendees. Every second saved at the registration step adds up, particularly for high-volume events.

โกโก Faster loading times for networking meeting schedules
We've optimized the way conference meeting data is retrieved, resulting in noticeably faster load times when browsing meeting schedules. โก
Events with a large number of meetings should now render more quickly, especially when filtering or navigating through agenda views. This improvement focuses on behind-the-scenes database optimizations that reduce query times for business conference meetings.
Faster and more detailed B2B meeting agenda printing
Printing your B2B meeting agendas is now significantly faster and more informative. We've overhauled the agenda printing process to handle large volumes of data more efficiently and added useful attendee details directly into the printed output.
- ๐ Batch printing support โ Agendas are now generated in batches, preventing timeouts and improving reliability when printing large numbers of meeting schedules.
- โก Improved performance โ Added attendee type filtering to the agenda rendering process, resulting in faster print generation times.
Fixed display issues in group ticket emails
We've resolved several visual issues affecting group ticket confirmation emails, ensuring a polished and consistent experience across email clients. ๐ง
- Fixed icon sizing and display in group ticket email notifications
- Corrected email layout reflow issues in Gmail to ensure proper rendering
- Improved content alignment and centering within ticket email templates
Fixed Date Picker Issues on Dashboard and Custom Fields
Resolved several date picker bugs that could cause unexpected behavior in key areas of the platform:
- Fixed the date picker on the event dashboard attendance view not rendering correctly
- Fixed the date picker for attendee type custom fields not initializing properly
- Fixed an issue where date pickers could be loaded twice on a single page, which could cause visual glitches or input conflicts
Date selection across dashboards, custom fields, and filter modals should now work reliably in all scenarios. ๐ ๏ธ
Batch Resend Welcome Emails to Attendees
You can now resend welcome emails to multiple attendees at once! ๐ Instead of sending welcome emails one by one, event organizers can select a batch of attendees and trigger a mass resend directly from the attendees list.
This feature includes a real-time progress modal so you can track the status of the email delivery as it happens, giving you full visibility into the process.
- Select multiple attendees and resend welcome emails in bulk
- Real-time progress bar tracks email sending status
- Available in English, Spanish, and German localizations

Speaker Information Now Included in Activity Excel Reports
The activity (workshop) Excel export report has been enhanced to include speaker information. ๐ค When you export your activities to Excel, you'll now see speaker details alongside the existing activity data, giving you a more complete overview of your event's sessions.
This improvement makes it easier to manage and review your event's agenda by having all relevant activity and speaker information consolidated in a single downloadable report.
Fixed welcome emails displaying raw HTML code
We resolved an issue where welcome emails with calendar invitations (.ICS files) were displaying raw HTML source code instead of the properly formatted email content. This was particularly noticeable in Outlook and other email clients. ๐ง
The root cause was related to how the email's MIME structure was being built when attaching calendar files. The email body was being inadvertently converted from HTML to plain text, causing recipients to see unreadable markup instead of the intended styled message.
- Welcome emails with calendar attachments now render correctly across all email clients
- Fixed compatibility issues specifically affecting Outlook users
- Calendar invitation (.ICS) attachments continue to work as expected alongside properly formatted HTML content
