Networking: New Video Platform
At Eventtia we always seek that the digital experience of our clients and their event participants is always the most satisfactory and complete as possible. This is why one of our deepest ideals is constant innovation, for which we have a highly trained team and efficient tools that enhance the experience of our users.
After seeing the level of acceptance that the Virtual Stage has had and the success it has brought to our clients, we have decided to focus our efforts on the business rounds that have become the main use case for Eventtia. Understanding the needs of our clients, we have migrated Twilio, a new very secure, and versatile platform for business conference meetings. This will be available for all your events from Friday, November 13 and in case you want to stay with the current platform, it will only be necessary to communicate it via help@eventtia.com.
Greetings.
Participants: Event Traces
At the end of our events, we want to know exactly what our participants did and how was their level of interaction in it. In order to see the activity of each participant in more detail, we have included the tab "Event Traces" where you can see, for example, the stands that the participants visited, or the activities in which they spent the longest and thus be able to have a better approach with them at the end of the event.
For this you just have to enter the profile of the participant whom you want further information about and click on "Event Traces" in the Eventtia back office.
Virtual Stage: Surveys Module
To avoid your participants from having to fill in the survey on their emails, they can now do it without exiting the Virtual Stage. Just add your Surveys module and they can fill them in right away!
Sponsors: Visits Indicator
We understand how important it is for your sponsors to know the visits participants make to their stands. For this reason, we have included a new tab in the "Sponsors" module that will allow you to know which participants visit each stand.
Activities: Display Changes
In order to keep your activities organized in a timely manner, we've added different types of views for them. You can now choose to see your activities by month, week, day, or list in order to keep better track of them in your back office.
Live Event Commander
Keeping traceability and control of our events is essential, that is why in addition to the reports that you can download from your platform, you can now use the Live Event Commander. With this tool you will be able to see live data of all the activities taking place in your Virtual Stage, see how meetings are taking place and send live announcements among other features.
To access the Event Commander you just have to click on the "Launch Event Commander" button which will appear in the upper right corner of your Dashboard.
Networking: Cancel Meeting and Block Time Slots
Participants can now have autonomy over their availability when scheduling appointments. Our new functionalities allow the participant to block time slots in which they're not available, as well as canceling a previously accepted appointment if necessary inside the Virtual Stage.
Networking: Rejection Reasons
We all have a tough time dealing with rejection, but when explained it is easier to deal with it. This is why we enabled rejection reasons for participants to explain why they can't accept a meeting.
Networking: Meeting Evaluations
Now your participants will be able to evaluate their interactions with other participants during their networking sessions.
This will allow you to measure the ROI of your networking events, to know in greater detail the business possibilities that were generated, successful connections that were made, among other important data to know the impact of your event.
Workshops: Send Calendar Invitations (.ICS)
To keep better track of the activities your participants will be attending, we have now enabled the ability to send calendar invited as .ICS files. Participants will be able to include them in their Google Calendars in order to be reminded prior to the event.
To enable this feature, go to the "Program" module and in "Advanced Settings" activate the option of which activities you want to send an invitation to your participants. This will allow participants to keep track of activities in their calendars and prevent them from forgetting about them.
