Networking: Calendar Invites
We understand that you want to offer the best experience to your participants, this includes making their tasks as easy as possible. That's why now when the participants confirm their networking meetings, they will receive the invites to their calendars in order to add them and keep better traceability.
Virtual Stage: Chat Channels
Now your participants will be able to send messages on different chat channels for different purposes. This improvement to the chat module will allow participants to use each chat for its specific purpose hence, not disturbing activities by discussing unrelated topics. For example, you can enable a support channel and there all participants can request help.
To enable these channels you just have to go to "Virtual Stage Settings" and once in there go to the "Modules" tab. Finally in the "Chat" option, you can set up the channels as you see fit.
Virtual Stage: Registration Button
In order to make it easier for your participants to access the event, we have now enabled a registration button on the home page of the Virtual Stage. Thus, people who have not yet registered for the event, but have the access link to the Virtual Stage, can be redirected immediately to the registration form.
If you want to enable this function you must go to "Virtual Stage Settings" and in the "General Settings" tab select the option "Enable registration link in login screen".
Speakers: Virtual Stage Module
We understand how important it is for your participants to know more about who the speakers are and what will be presented in the activities. For this reason, we have included a new module within the Virtual Stage in which all participants will be able to see the speakers' profiles, including their social networks and a description of them.
To activate this module, you need to enter "Virtual Stage settings" and in the "Modules" tab, enable "Speakers".
Virtual Stage: Received Chats Retention
For your participants not to miss any content that has been discussed in the chats, now they are not deleted. Let's say that you had to log out from the Virtual Stage or simply logged in late for an activity, now you can review what was being discussed prior to your entry to the platform.
Website: Sponsors Module
Your sponsors can now have more visibility at the event since you can include them on the website as well as all of their information. Our new module within the web composer will allow you to import all sponsors' information like you currently do with your speakers, activities, types of records, etc.
To include this module on your website, simply go to your web composer and click on the "Sponsors" option. Then choose the design you like the most and all your sponsors will automatically be displayed according to the categories you set up.
Networking: Background Images
We understand the need of our clients to customize their participants' experience when setting up networking meetings. With this in mind, you can now insert a background image to give your networking sessions more identity within the Virtual Stage.
You just have to go to the "User interface" tab and in the option "Background image for networking session" insert the one you would like.
Networking: New Video Platform
At Eventtia we always seek that the digital experience of our clients and their event participants is always the most satisfactory and complete as possible. This is why one of our deepest ideals is constant innovation, for which we have a highly trained team and efficient tools that enhance the experience of our users.
After seeing the level of acceptance that the Virtual Stage has had and the success it has brought to our clients, we have decided to focus our efforts on the business rounds that have become the main use case for Eventtia. Understanding the needs of our clients, we have migrated Twilio, a new very secure, and versatile platform for business conference meetings. This will be available for all your events from Friday, November 13 and in case you want to stay with the current platform, it will only be necessary to communicate it via [email protected].
Greetings.
Participants: Event Traces
At the end of our events, we want to know exactly what our participants did and how was their level of interaction in it. In order to see the activity of each participant in more detail, we have included the tab "Event Traces" where you can see, for example, the stands that the participants visited, or the activities in which they spent the longest and thus be able to have a better approach with them at the end of the event.
For this you just have to enter the profile of the participant whom you want further information about and click on "Event Traces" in the Eventtia back office.
Workshops and Networking Meeting: Waiting Image
Now you can provide a better experience to your participants while they wait for activities or networking meetings to start. With our new "Waiting image" feature you will be able to brand your sponsors, the speakers or simply set up a nice image for your participants and make their wait on the Virtual Stage more pleasant.
For this you'll only need to go to the "User interface" tab and in the "Waiting image" option, insert the one you want.
