Virtual Stage: Surveys Module
To avoid your participants from having to fill in the survey on their emails, they can now do it without exiting the Virtual Stage. Just add your Surveys module and they can fill them in right away!
Networking: Meeting Evaluations
Now your participants will be able to evaluate their interactions with other participants during their networking sessions.
This will allow you to measure the ROI of your networking events, to know in greater detail the business possibilities that were generated, successful connections that were made, among other important data to know the impact of your event.
Virtual Stage: Emotions
In order to have a better interaction between the speakers and the participants, we have enabled the option of emotions in the Virtual Stage. Participants will be able to express their feelings through emoticons that will be seen by all those attending the event.
Networking: Rejection Reasons
We all have a tough time dealing with rejection, but when explained it is easier to deal with it. This is why we enabled rejection reasons for participants to explain why they can't accept a meeting.
Networking: Cancel Meeting and Block Time Slots
Participants can now have autonomy over their availability when scheduling appointments. Our new functionalities allow the participant to block time slots in which they're not available, as well as canceling a previously accepted appointment if necessary inside the Virtual Stage.
Workshops: Send Calendar Invitations (.ICS)
To keep better track of the activities your participants will be attending, we have now enabled the ability to send calendar invited as .ICS files. Participants will be able to include them in their Google Calendars in order to be reminded prior to the event.
To enable this feature, go to the "Program" module and in "Advanced Settings" activate the option of which activities you want to send an invitation to your participants. This will allow participants to keep track of activities in their calendars and prevent them from forgetting about them.
Activities: Display Changes
In order to keep your activities organized in a timely manner, we've added different types of views for them. You can now choose to see your activities by month, week, day, or list in order to keep better track of them in your back office.
Sponsors: Visits Indicator
We understand how important it is for your sponsors to know the visits participants make to their stands. For this reason, we have included a new tab in the "Sponsors" module that will allow you to know which participants visit each stand.
Event Commander: Live Announcements
Now you can send live messages to your participants to inform them about changes in the agenda or simply communicate an announcement regarding the activity that is happening. This new feature of the Event Commander will allow participants to receive information without leaving the Virtual Stage.
Speakers: New Social Media Fields and API
With the new improvements we made it is now possible to add the website and Instagram field for the speakers. You will also have the possibility that this data is now added to the API.
