We've made a change to our event cloning feature based on your feedback! From now on, when you clone an event, workshops will no longer be copied over.

We heard you—cloning workshops was causing more headaches than help, with mismatched speakers, outdated schedules, and extra cleanup work on your end. So we removed it to keep things simple! 🧹

You can still easily create your workshops fresh in your new event, giving you full control without the hassle of fixing inherited data.

Sometimes less is more! Thanks for helping us make the platform better. 💪

We've made a small but mighty improvement to your Massive Messages experience! The "Paid" filter will now only appear when it's actually relevant to your event.

If your event is free or doesn't involve payments, you simply won't see this filter anymore. Less clutter, cleaner interface, and a simpler workflow for you! 🧹

Quick update for those of you managing events on the ground! We've fixed a bug in our On-Site app that was causing certain attendee types to not appear on the attendees list page under specific conditions.

Your account security just got a major upgrade! We're excited to announce that Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available for all user accounts. 🎉

With 2FA enabled, you'll add an extra layer of protection to your account beyond just your password. Even if someone gets hold of your credentials, they won't be able to access your account without the second verification step.

How to set it up: Head to your Account Settings → Security, and follow the simple steps to enable 2FA. You can use your favorite authenticator app to generate secure codes.

We also added Attendees account usage 📊, so it’s now much easier to track how many attendee credits you’re using—and quickly see when you’re running low for your events 🚀. No more guessing: your usage is clearer and more actionable at a glance ✅.

To reduce confusion while managing activities with slots, we’ve temporarily removed the main Delete button for these activities 🛠️. In some cases, the previous behavior wasn’t clear enough and could lead to uncertainty about what would be deleted.

This is a short-term fix to keep things safer and more predictable ✅ while we work on a better, clearer design for deleting slotted activities ✨. Thanks for your patience—we’ll share an update as soon as the improved experience is ready 🙌

We’ve fixed an issue affecting the post-workshop email ✉️. In some very specific scenarios, the email wasn’t being sent correctly, which could cause participants to miss important follow-up information 😅.

This has now been resolved ✅, and post-workshop emails should be delivered reliably moving forward. Thanks for your patience! 🙌

We’re decommissioning the Calendar Widget that allowed you to embed a calendar on event pages to list all events. 🧩

This means the widget will no longer be available to add to pages, and existing calendar embeds will stop displaying events once the decommissioning is completed.

We’re making this change to simplify the page experience and focus development on newer, more flexible ways to showcase events ✨. If you currently rely on the widget, we recommend updating your event pages with alternative content (for example: direct links to selected events, a curated agenda section, or a custom event listing block) so visitors can still discover your events easily 🔎.

We’ve improved the ticket generation flow when sending tickets via WhatsApp 📲.

Tickets are now handled more reliably, helping ensure recipients get a clean, accessible ticket experience.

We’ve improved the registration flow for attendee types that require validation ✅. From now on, when a participant registers under an attendee type with the “requires validation” setting enabled, the payment button will not be displayed. This ensures participants cannot pay until their participation has been confirmed, making the process clearer and avoiding unnecessary payments 💡.

We’ve replaced Google reCAPTCHA with a brand-new captcha mechanism 🎉. We’ve resolved an issue that was causing a 504 error when importing a large number of discount coupons 📥. This error sometimes interrupted the process and made bulk imports difficult. Now, the process works smoothly ✅, allowing you to import all your coupons without any errors. Bulk management of discounts is faster and more reliable than ever! 🚀

We’ve fixed an issue in the attendees import process 🎉. Previously, when names contained unusual or “weird” characters, the import could fail and stop the process. Now this has been resolved ✅.
