Some users where experiencing a jump from one language to another while using Eventtia's Back-office.

This has been fixed and pushed live. 🚀

The events API endpoint had a cache of 30 minutes. 

Today we've pushed a change that decreases the cache time from 30 to 10 minutes.

Eventtia enables you to automatically send entry tickets and registration confirmations directly via WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience and providing attendees with quick, easy access to your event.

There was an error that was preventing downloading an Excel export with the list of all participants.

This only affected a few accounts and is already fixed.

From the sponsors module in the virtual stage, an "Update error" was being displayed when a file was uploaded.

This has been fixed.

From now on, in Eventtia's Back-Office (https://connect.eventtia.com/en/users/sign_in), your activity schedules are being displayed according to the event's time zone, regardless of your location.

Event's activities can be found in the "Program" module.

We are excited to announce the implementation of a new global dashboard in Eventtia's 'Networking module'.

This synchronized global panel is designed to present the status of 1:1 meetings, helping you quickly identify available time slots. ?️

For easy identification, available slots appear in green, and unavailable ones in red.

Additionally, you can manage filters by name, participant type, and date, further simplifying the organization of your events. ?

This feature is located in the section: Business Meetings > Global Dashboard.

Moreover, the admin user has the ability to book 1:1 meetings for any attendee, directly from this new panel.

A new ‘Notes module' for on-site meetings is now available.

What does this mean for your attendees?

Your participants can now take and save notes directly from the participant’s card with whom they have an appointment.

We are pleased to announce a new enhancement in our communications module: You can now include a cancellation button in the messages you send to your guests.

Previously, it was only possible to add a link, but with this new tag, the process is more intuitive and convenient.

From the invoicing module in eventtia's back-office, we have implemented an enhancement that automates the invoicing process when making new charges or payments for registration to any activity.

We are pleased to inform you of a recent enhancement to the Checkpoints report format.

We have updated the design to separate the columns for first and last names. This change promotes uniformity and improves data organization within Eventtia and across our clients' CRMs.

To access this report, navigate to the registration module, select 'Checkpoints', then 'Edit Checkpoint', go to the 'Attendees' tab, and click on the 'Export to Excel' button.

We are expanding our currency options to include Taiwan.

Now available in our event general settings module is the Taiwanese Dollar (TWD), allowing you to charge attendees in Taiwan's official currency.

We are pleased to inform you about the recent enhancements in the display of announcements and alerts in the Virtual Stage, Launch Event Commander.

Now, in the Live Announcements section, users can manage two types of communications: Alerts and Informative messages.

Alerts are meant for important notices that require immediate attention, while Informative messages provide recommendations and suggestions.

This update provides a better user experience by enabling more efficient management of critical and useful information in Virtual Stage.

Users can now upload their own JS and CSS in a dedicated space at the account level.

This makes it easy to apply specific styles and functionalities to all events, eliminating the need to add them individually.

However, if a custom design is required for a particular event, it can still be managed from the advanced registration settings.

This feature is available in the administration area / Back office under My Account > Event Defaults > Select CSS file and/or Select JS file.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing user experience, we have implemented a significant improvement to the multiple-selection fields.

Now, not only can attendees choose from various options, but we've introduced the flexibility to set a minimum and maximum number of selections. This feature empowers you to tailor the selection process precisely to your events' requirements.

Here's how it works: When enabled, the field allows you to specify the minimum and maximum number of options attendees can choose. Each option can be assigned a corresponding value, adding a layer of customization to better suit your event dynamics.

The system is now equipped to validate the selections made by attendees. If the provided values fall outside the configured criteria of minimum and maximum, the field will trigger a validation error, ensuring accuracy and adherence to your event guidelines.

You can manage this functionality from the administration area / Back office, under the participant type > registration form > new field > multiple selection type > Min. Sel. Options or Max. Sel. Options.

We are pleased to announce a new feature that enhances the attendee experience at your in-person, virtual and hybrid events.

With this latest development, users now have the ability to easily identify whether they have already viewed a participant's profile in the participants module.

Once a profile has been viewed, the circle around the participant’s photo disappears, thus facilitating tracking of interactions.

The new User Access Policies feature provides organizers with the flexibility to define different roles, offering two types of access: Event Organizers, who have full access to Eventtia and the Eventtia Check-in app, and On-site Users, with access to the Eventtia Check-in app without the need to create a password.

Depending on the assigned role, this feature also allows for access policies based on specific dates or a temporal duration in days to limit user activity.

We are thrilled to introduce an evolution on Eventtia's Check-in App.

? Download the App by typing 'Eventtia' on the App Store or Play Store.

Now, when validating the QR code at the event, you can configure additional form fields so that during check-in, you can view more detailed information about attendees.

Head to the back office and explore this exciting new feature.

1. Enter the registration module, in the types section

2. Go to the "Registration Form" tab, then click on the green "New" button.

3. Create a custom field and select the following options: "Available in public listings" and "Information displayed when checking QR code."

This new functionality to download checkpoint reports brings advanced capabilities to event management. This feature offers a consolidated view of both entry and exit activity at checkpoints, providing a comprehensive insight into participant interactions. Organizers can now access and export a detailed report that provides insights into attendee engagement and the overall flow of the event. This consolidated report not only simplifies data analysis but also aids in strategic decision-making, ensuring a more comprehensive understanding of attendee participation. With this consolidated event reporting functionality, event planners can effectively assess attendee involvement, track attendance patterns, and make informed adjustments to enhance future events.

You can access this from the reports module in the back office, under the registration section, and the checkpoints option. There, you can select a start and end date to determine the filtering time frame, as well as specific or general checkpoints you wish to review. Afterward, you can export the data to Excel for analysis.

This innovative feature ensures that attendees have a specific period during which they must register, and if they don't do so within that timeframe, they won't be able to register after it expires. This enhancement provides greater control over the registration process, allowing event organizers to more efficiently manage attendance and planning. By clearly outlining start and end dates, greater accountability is encouraged among participants to complete their registrations on time. Ultimately, this functionality contributes to a more structured registration experience and better event organization, ensuring that participants are properly enrolled within the established deadlines.

To access this function, navigate to the advanced options area of the event in the back office (Connect). Once there, go to the settings tab, where you'll find the addition of two new prominent fields: "Registration Start Date" and "Registration End Date."

This new functionality will allow you to enable or disable the verification method to protect yourself from spam registrations. This method involves completing a simple test at the time of registration to prove that you're a human and not a computer attempting to gain access. The Captcha test, for your understanding, requires you to select the elements described in the image (traffic lights, cars, etc.), which you need to choose to confirm that you're not a computer.

To carry out the process, you need to log in to Eventtia using your access credentials. In the registration module, under the "Advanced Settings" option, you will find the specific field to activate or disable it.

Instead, Google Analytics 4, an enhanced and advanced version, has been launched. We strongly encourage you to migrate to this new version to take advantage of its improved features.

Now the Check-in app allows you to search your event checkpoints through filters, making it a fast and practical way to validate keywords or look for a specific checkpoint. We have also added the possibility of returning to the previous search (without losing this last filter) so that users can return to the visualization of this and continue validating their selection.

Now on the Program module inside the Virtual Stage or Mobile App, in the meetings section, your participants can see the meeting location from the initial description of the space assigned in the agenda.

Now besides choosing to organize participants from their name, last name, or company, you can manage them from their registration date, you decide if you want to see the more recent registrations first or the last. This can help your participants search for each other better.

Time management and effective communication are invaluable when having an event, so from Eventtia we have developed a new chat feature for speakers, allowing the audience and event speakers to communicate in real-time. Now, when you create virtual workshops and activities, you will be able to obtain a single-use link that you will be able to share with your speakers to achieve a closer and more practical interaction with the audience.

We have implemented a new process when it comes to registration to activities with additional cost from the Virtual Stage. Now when a participant clicks on the “purchase” button they will be redirected to the registration form where they can finish their payment.

We have added a new permission to the Participants & Networking module. Now all your participants will be able to see the whole list of participants at the event whether they can chat or schedule meetings with them or not. If you wanna activate this view go to the Virtual Event settings, the modules tab, inside the Participants & Networking module and activate the “Visualize all participants” option.

Now [1]we are giving you the possibility to select whether or not you want Eventtia to leave the texts on the Virtual Stage as you entered them in the Back Office or if you want us to help you standardizing the first letter as capital and the rest in lower case. If you wanna activate this option go to the Virtual Stage Settings and on the General Settings tab select “Allow the use of capital letters”

For a more specific management and organization of participants’ report, we have enabled and made available to users, new permission that can be managed through the roles, for the view of the participants' report.

From the report’s module, in the registration section, we have enabled a new option for the administrator users to specify which fields of the registration form of each type of participant should be included or not in this report.

ubsequently, the option to export the report to Excel will be enabled, with the default fields selected in the previous configuration. Please note that custom field information will not be visible in the interface criteria, as these vary for all participant types.

When exporting the information, we will obtain a sheet for each type of participant in the Excel file, that is, the file will have "N sheets" according to the number of types of participants that the event has.

In response to the new needs and the scope of our guest module, we have prepared the following features: 

Now the guests will be able to reject the invitation sent, for this, we’ve created a new tag with the link to cancel the invite and enabled the option to configure the message that the guest will receive after completion 

Within the guests' module, there will be the option to filter by the guests who canceled their invitations. For mass communications, there will also be the option to exclude or include the withdrawn participants, depending on the purpose of the communication.

Trying to cover our client's needs with events in Portuguese now you can visualize the registration form in this language.  Locate the language indicated in your link.

We have updated the visualization of the agenda in the virtual stage to provide a better user experience when interacting with activities and meetings, we invite you to try it.

We have implemented a new filter in the Communications module so you can send emails expecifically to participants with pending validation. You will find this new functionality from: Registration Module > Communications > Mass emails > Registration status.

Now you will be able to cancel the registration for a specific attendee to your workshops. When you are editing your user’s role permission you can select whether or not they can uncheck an attendee’s registration to a workshop from the back office. 

Permit Location:

Users > Roles > Choose type of role > edit "on the 3-point button" > Program module >Workshops > Unregister entrance.

We have created the option to remove attachments in the registration form, in sections such as participants and speakers, available for your upcoming events.

Now you can select whether or not your users can modify the registration form of a participant type. If the option is enabled for a certain user’s role, the option to edit the registration form will be disabled for other users

Users > Roles > Choose role type  > edit "on the 3-point button" > Registration module > Attendee Types > Manage form.

We have added more information to your events’ Workshop Report now you will have the following fields available: ID, Participant Type, Position, Phone, Checked in to event (yes/no), Checked-in time, Checked-in to Workshop, Date and time they accessed the Workshop.

We have new functionality that allows users to have more specific searches on the Networking Module from the "meeting availability" option, the system will show them the availability of times to schedule meetings with the person you selected.

Thinking about delivering a better experience on our mobile app for participants, the main stage and home page will have the same image unless the home page is being set up by using HTML code keeping consistency throughout the app.

For better control and metrics consolidation, it has been implemented that when a participant checks in a workshop they will have to be considered as checked in on the event as well. This information will be reflected in the event reports.

Within the workshop reports, the following information was added: Paid reserved seats and Free capacity, which will allow the organizer to know a more detailed status for the activities, on the same report.

To download this report, remember to log in from Eventtia's back office, in the program module > activities > actions > export to Excel.

The event’s location was removed from the activities’ description on the Virtual Stage/ Mobile App in physical events.

Now the event organizer will have the option to include inside the message settings a new tag “${unregister_button}.” This option will allow participants to be able to cancel their event attendance after finishing their registration. You can add this tag inside any of your communications to your participants.

You also have the option to set up a “Cancellation Email” this email will be sent to the participants when they cancel their registration. You will be able to set this email up on the “Messages” tab inside the set up of “ Attendee type”

We have a new option for you while managing your participants. Now if you eliminated a participant by mistake you will have the option to recover the registration. Just go to the “Deleted” participants click on the three dots on the participant’s profile and click on “Recover registration”.

Important note: The participant’s information will be restored, however If the participant was registered to certain activities this will not be restored so they would need to be registered again, the same happens with the networking meetings. 

You will find this option going to the Registration module > Attendees > Deleted > three dots > Recover registration.
